By accessing or using VidForge ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") at vidforge.xyz, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
VidForge is an AI-powered video generation platform that creates short-form video content using artificial intelligence, including synthetic voice generation and automated captions. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet any specific quality standard.
You are solely responsible for all content you input into the Service and all videos generated using your account. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

VidForge uses AI voice synthesis technology. Any resemblance of generated voices to real persons is the result of AI modelling and is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
The VidForge platform, software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by VidForge and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant VidForge a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated videos, but we are not liable for any third-party IP issues in your generated outputs.
VidForge Pro is a monthly recurring subscription billed in SGD. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made after that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current period unless required by applicable law.
We want you to be satisfied with VidForge. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
To request a refund, contact us at support@vidforge.xyz with your account email and reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VidForge, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to VidForge in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service is provided without any warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted or error-free, (b) any content generated will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose, or (c) the Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service and any content you generate or publish using the Service is entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for determining whether the generated content is appropriate for your intended use, whether it complies with applicable laws, and whether it infringes any third-party rights. VidForge bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from your decision to publish, share, or monetise generated content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VidForge and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you generate, publish, or distribute using the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 12.
By using the Service you consent to the collection and processing of your data. We use Firebase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and third-party AI APIs for voice and content generation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VidForge with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
